Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. To help us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients, we request:

​

• For treatments over one hour: A $50 fee will be charged at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from your treatment cost. For cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows, the fee will apply, and if the treatment cost exceeds $50, the fee will be adjusted accordingly.

• For treatments of one hour or less: Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

• No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, regardless of treatment length.
